Rather, it is a simple, easy-to-use Personal Accounting System that helps you manage the administration that goes with your household. It is a solution that no household should be without. You can use Ezy Personal Accounting 3000 for: Preparing Professional Payment Vouchers for your monthly household bill payment. Attach these vouchers to your cheque payments and slot it in a Window Envelope. No need to write the address on the envelopes every month. Store your Payee's name and address once in EzyPA, print it out every month. Preparing Professional Receipt Vouchers if you need to provide a written receipt for any cash/cheque payment you receive. Checking your bank balances for accuracy. Banks sometimes do make mistakes you know. Keeping a close watch on how your household income is spent. Viewing a monthly or a yearly graphical chart of your expenses or income accounts. You can easily make decisions now on where you are overspending and where you need to cut down. Easily identifying sudden cost surges (e.g your electric or gas bill, telephone bill, etc.) which could be an indication of a billing error on the other party.
