Description:
PR-Tracker is widely used problem tracking system which presents essential functionality with an intuitive user interface. Features include customizable data entry, workflow, views and queries; one click queries; reports; email notification and attachments.
PR-Tracker Web implements problem tracking over the internet or an intranet with the same user interface as PR-Tracker. Additionally, PR-Tracker and PR- Tracker Web can be integrated so that data collected from both products can be stored in the same database.
New features include:
1. Supports Windows Vista and 2008
2. WYSIWYG Problem Report Form designer
3. Memo fields
4. Sectioned Number fields (for section numbers and version numbers)
5. Daily reminder of outstanding assigned problem reports sent to each user.
6. PR-Tracker and PR-Tracker Web Client were merged into PR-Tracker so that PR-Tracker works over a network, an intranet, or the internet.
7. Captures exceptions from your application an logs them directly into a PR-Tracker database. |
