Description:
RealAccount is a freeware plugin for MS Outlook XP and 2003.

purpose is to enhance Outlook accounts handling, with the ability to choose preferred account and signature for each defined mail folder.

by default, user has to manually select preferred account and signature when composing an email. RealAccount automates the process allowing you to define specific account and signature for each mail folder, plus other useful settings such as message format and the ability to mark all messages read.

since settings can be inherited from parent folders, to setup your environments is a matter of minutes. then, it's enough to select a folder prior composing a new mail or reply/forward one, and RealAccount will insert signature as well as select proper account for you.
