Display in a special window waveform of an audio file ( Full Zoom, Zoom In, Zoom Out )

Insert and change described information about a marker (Count, Country, Dialect, Label, Language, Length, Note, Num, Position, and Text)
Insert and change described information about an audio wav file (Album, Artist, Channels, Comments, Composer, Copyright, Encoded By, Format String, Frequency, Genre, Title, etc.)
